Ingredients

1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp smoked paprika , or a combination of sweet and smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp or more
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley , optional
1/2 tsp cayenne
a pinch of salt and cornstarch optional
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

Mix everything and store in an airtight container for upto 3 months.
Optional Add Ins:
Premade Chili powder blend: Add 2 tsp mild or moderate heat chili powder for additional depth of flavor
Salt: Add 1/2 tsp salt so you can use the blend directly on chips or sprinkle on roasted veggies or vegan meats
