Ingredients

2 Tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper
3/4 to 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for upto 2 months.
Add 1 bay leaf, powdered for variation.
