Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup grated cauliflower i have to try 1 cup cauliflower next time
1 tsp baking pwder
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp melted vegan butter/oil for dough
1 tsp melted vegan butter to brush
1/2 cup water

Instructions

In a large bowl, Sift in the flours , salt, spices and baking powder.
In a food processor or by hand, make dough of all the ingredients.
The dough should not be sticky. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes and then knead again.
Make a loaf of it and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees f / 270ºc for about 30 minutes till golden brown.
You can grate some cheese on the top before taking the bread out to cool.
Brush melted butter on top.
