What an enormous job to write a cookbook. I love your first book and have just purchased “Everyday Kitchen” on Kindle. It would be nice to win a proper book too! (I’m not on the USA)

Hi Richa, I am just newly vegetarian this year, and trying vegan as much as possible, but have struggled with enjoyable/tasty meal creativity, and so followed (and then ultimately unfollowed) many vego pages trying to find what I like. Yours I have stuck with since I found it, I love all the recipes I have tried! Your recipes have helped me enjoy being vegetarian, share it with others and even overcome some of the negativity. Congrats on releasing a book, I can’t wait to get it 🙂 Xxx
