If you are like me, you probably don’t much like most protein powders. The chalky taste, the aftertaste and just pain to blend. I have generally had good luck with Vega protein products.
So, I usually add a flavor boost to mine, like this one with a cinnamon sugar crumble that is blended in and used as garnish. It adds a texture as well as flavor burst to the shake. Pictured, french vanilla shake and chocolate shake with the snickerdoodle crumble!

would love to try vega one!!!!
Had the Garden of Life Chocolate, but I am in the midst of searching for a new protein powder 🙂
When I decided to vegan, sunwarrior vegan protein powders were the only ones within my budget. I’ve heard a lot about vega and would love to add them to my diet. I’m a long distance runner and vega would definitely make my post run shake yummier! 🙂 I’ve been on the look out for a great vegan powder that isn’t chalky and is versatile–I think Vega is it.

I enjoy Vega Protein & Greens. Definitely the best flavor for the most protein. I can’t have anything with whey, so Vega Chocolate is my go-to. I just blend it up with almond milk and hemp seeds.
The Vega berry is good just with almond milk!
I love Vega! They have two new flavors: Almond Coconut and Mocha. Love the Mocha all by itself. Love the Almond Coconut with extra fruit.
Vega is my favorite brand, especially Vega One Vanilla. Great recipe-I love cinnamon!
I use Vega’s chocolate and vanilla protein powders in smoothies and have a few recipes for homemade protein bars that I have been meaning to try, this served as a reminder to do so! These shakes sound delicious!
I actually don’t use protein powder at present, but I’d be willing to try it! This protein shake looks amazing 🙂
