If you are like me, you probably don’t much like most protein powders. The chalky taste, the aftertaste and just pain to blend. I have generally had good luck with Vega protein products.
So, I usually add a flavor boost to mine, like this one with a cinnamon sugar crumble that is blended in and used as garnish. It adds a texture as well as flavor burst to the shake. Pictured, french vanilla shake and chocolate shake with the snickerdoodle crumble!

I’ve been using Garden of Life lately, but I would love the opportunity to try Vega! I’ve always wanted to, but the price has kept me away.
Lately we have used a brown rice protein (not sure of brand) in quick morning shakes with soy milk and bananas. Also jsut threw a scoop in my banana bread batter!
I like hemp protein powder in green smoothies.
I love vega the best, but I use a variety of other powders, usually pure brown rice and hemp protein. But when I have the extra cash, I get vega and blend it with water, ice, and fruit.
My favorite way to enjoy is to blend spinach, avocado, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, water and chocolate Vega One. Tastes like an indulgent chocolate strawberry shake!!
My favorite is a healthy, “ice cream like” chocolate strawberry shake! Blend spinach, avocado, frozen strawberries, frozen banana and water with Vega One chocolate for and awesome shake that tastes super indulgent!!
Vega french vanilla with bananas and strawberries is my breakfast jam,
Hubby uses PlantHead. Mixes it up with just water. I also use it when making him protein bars-recipe from No Meat Atlete book.
I love VegaOne! My favorite flavor to date is the French Vanilla because of its versatility in recipes. Favorite smoothie is a mix of berries, banana, soy milk, spinach and a scoop of Vega
I actually use the Vega Chocolate Protein shake. Love it with a banana and some homemade coconut milk!
