If you are like me, you probably don’t much like most protein powders. The chalky taste, the aftertaste and just pain to blend. I have generally had good luck with Vega protein products.
So, I usually add a flavor boost to mine, like this one with a cinnamon sugar crumble that is blended in and used as garnish. It adds a texture as well as flavor burst to the shake. Pictured, french vanilla shake and chocolate shake with the snickerdoodle crumble!

Vega’s mocha after workout recovery shake is so delicious… and I really notice a big difference in muscle recovery time. Definitely my fav.
I am NOT just saying this because it’s the brand in question, but I can’t find another vegan protein that I like bette. I do like PurelyInspired, but they’re SO hard to find and gots a lil’ too much saturated fat for my sensitive stomach and gallbladder. VEGA ALL THE WAY, MAN!
I have yet to try a plant based protein powder, but I have not heard one single bad thing about VegaOne, so I would love for it to be the first plant-based protein I try!!
I haven’t bought any personally yet, only added it from a menu at a juice/Smoothie shop but I’d love to try the vega brand consistently!
I love Vega and have used it but its bit pricey so I generally use Plant fusion protein powder in my smoothie for post workout meal.
I would LOVE to win Vega one sampler to try out before purchasing!
I am currently using Orgain Organic Protein, as it is easily obtainable at my local Costco. I use it in daily, mixed with water, when I go to the gym, or added to homemade granola bar recipes. Yum!
I use it in smoothies, or mixed with canned pumpkin for an easy snack!
I actually have yet to find a favorite protein. So far hemp protein powder is my go to. I’m very picky when it comes to the protein flavors, they never seem to state “natural” enough for me.
This is a great product. I have only tried a sample pack but would love to try more.
Love SunWarrior! such a good flavor and I find that it blends really well.
