If you are like me, you probably don’t much like most protein powders. The chalky taste, the aftertaste and just pain to blend. I have generally had good luck with Vega protein products.
So, I usually add a flavor boost to mine, like this one with a cinnamon sugar crumble that is blended in and used as garnish. It adds a texture as well as flavor burst to the shake. Pictured, french vanilla shake and chocolate shake with the snickerdoodle crumble!

vega one pancakes!! I use the French vanilla flavor. It’s a great way to sneak some more veggies into the kids, and they think it’s cool the pancakes are green in color!!
Mega Vega is so healthy and delicious!
I’ve used soy protein before in fruit shakes, but not a mix before… would be interested in trying!
Haven’t tried vega yet… so far my fave is chocolate Amazing Meal. I make protein balls with it using dates, oats, nut butter and vegan mini chocolate chips. It is a good way to get some nutrition into my picky 4 year old. I also like it in smoothies.
I like Vega one and ultra inflamX. I always blend with non dairy milk and fruit, fresh or frozen and usually ice.
My wife and I love Vega One. I usually mix some with almond milk, blueberries and strawberries. The vanilla chai is my favorite so far
I have yet to pick a favorite, as I have only a chocolate flavor in another brand. I’ve only tried in a smoothie with cashew milk and frozen banana!
I use Sunwarrior Warrior blend in my smoothies
I use Now Foods unflavored soy protein isolate and mix that with powdered peanut butter, 8oz unsweetened soy milk, and 8oz water, as well as 1/2 tsp cacao. Add a little sweetener, shake it up in a shaker bottle and that’s it!
I also love vega one for its flavors–it’s just out of my budget right now 🙁
I love Vega protein powders, particularly the Protein Smoothie and the Performance Sport. I use them every day! I’ve only tried the Vega One a few times.
