I’m not vegan but dairy-free. I’ve been missing ranch on summer salads and none of the store-bought DF/vegan ranches quite hit the spot for me. I made this mix up a while ago and have been using it to season potatoes and meat, but finally got around to making it into a dressing. I used two tbsp with 3/4 of a cup of Best Foods vegan mayo, and 1/4 cup Cashew Milk. YUMMY!!!! I’m gonna have to stop myself from eating this all in one sitting! Delicious!

This tastes good but I think ranch has something a little spot in it too from the buttermilk. I want to try squeezing a lime into the cashew cream with this

    1. Richa says:

yes definitely add some tang in the wet mix. I kept the dry without the tang(lemon zest) to store longer

I mixed this into a very boring hummus and it made it great! Thanks! The last vegan ranch I tried had way too much dill, I like these proportions

Depends on the recipe and use. Cashew cream usually.

Where is all the sodium coming from in this dry ranch recipe

    1. Richa says:

3/4 tsp salt is 1750 mg sodium for the whole mix. omit it and the value will be 20 mg.
