Dinner Tonite.. was a super Yummy Cheesy Cajun spiced Burger!



Cut Garden Veggie Tempeh(organic) into the size you want.
In a pan, add some oil, ginger garlic paste, cajun spice and garam masala and cook for a minute. Add in the Tempeh, sprinkle salt and pepper.
Add in a little water(2 tablespoons).
Cook covered for 5-7 minutes each side, until both sides are golden brown! You can additionally grill the tempeh a little as well!
In the same pan, add some oil and cook the sliced onions and sliced asparagus till golden.
Serve the hot spiced tempeh on toasted Multigrain Loaf, topped with Daiya cheddar, fresh sliced tomatoes, golden cooked onions and asparagus on top and on the side!
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and cajun spice on the arrangement before adding the second slice on top and then bite into it and burn your palate!
