Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Vegan Chipotle Ranch. Easy Crisp Spiced Sweet Potato Fries served with dairy free ranch. So addictive. Vegan Appetizer Recipe Glutenfree Soyfree

If someone served me a sweet potato mash 6 -7 years ago, I would not have eaten it. I was a much much pickier eater back then. I would eat it now only if it was amply spiced or carry my own spices and herbs around to add to it if served. But Sweet potato fries are a different thing. Crispy caramelized and so good! Fried or baked, it is about the right amount of caramelization. Hence, these amazing baked fries today.
Oh and get a really good knife or some muscle power to slice those sweet potatoes into nice even and thin sticks. On another note I know what I am doing this spring, painting some new boards for background!
Serve these with the vegan chipotle ranch or plain ranch or with this Garlic Tahini dressing. Sweet potato fries are softer than regular fries, but they hold up great if thinly sliced and baked till they get brown edges. What’s your favorite way to serve Sweet potatoes.

I always make sweet potato fries tossed with olive oil, ground cumin, freshly ground coriander, pepper, & sometimes salt of the kids aren’t eating them too. Mmmmm. Coriander & cumin!
I am getting hungry looking at this. I think I could eat 4 big potatoes like this!
🙂
Oh, that sounds interesting! I’ll have to try chipotle ranch next.
Oh wow, excellent. I’ve been looking for some new sauces to make. This ranch will do nicely!
Thanks Richa
Great! Thanks!
Really great combination to have sweet potato fries and chipotle ranch. I know what I’m having for dinner tonight 🙂
These fries look so perfectly crispy and crunchy!! And the chipotle ranch looks fantastic 🙂
I quite frequently make sweet potato fries, tossing with smoked paprika and amchoor, but I really love the layered effect of your flavours here, and of course the delicious dip. These are a must-try. Pinning and sharing 🙂
Ooh amchoor would be fabulous on the fries!
Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite foods in the world! The vegan ranch is such a great recipe!
Whenever I order sweet potato recipes at a restaurant I have to ask if they’re sweet or savory. Cinnamon sugar sweet potatoes along side a burger are the worst! I’ve come to love the combo of sweet potato and chipotle! Can’t wait to try these.
really. cinnamon sugar with a burger! thats like dessert, so you would have to finish the burger and then eat the fries 🙂
YES!! So true. And then the server will ask if you saved room for desert. Funny.
